Beverly A. Crouch

Beverly A. Crouch, 84, of Shelbyville, passed away Sunday, April 17, 2022, at her home. She was born October 7, 1937, in Shelbyville, the daughter of Richard and Mildred (Williams) Lambert. On February 11, 1956, she married her husband of 66 years, Robert “Bob” Crouch, and he survives. In addition to Bob, Beverly is survived by her sons, Tim Crouch and wife, Beth, and Greg Crouch, both of Shelbyville; daughter, Susan Alexander and husband, Bob, of Shelbyville; brother, Larry Lambert and significant other, Arlette Beesley, of Estero, Florida; grandchildren, Amanda Simpson, Tyler Crouch and wife, Aleigha, Ryan Crouch and wife, Courtney, Brandon Crouch, Matthew Crouch and wife, Alyssa, Ashley Back and husband, Mark, and Taylor Gilbert and husband, Billy; 14 grandchildren and one on the way; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; and daughter-in-law, Diana Crouch. Beverly graduated in 1956 from Shelbyville High School. She was a member of the First Christian Church. Beverly formerly worked at IPC (Freudenberg) in Morristown, where she was an inspector and in Shelbyville in the lab, for over 10 years. She enjoyed reading world history, making crafts, decorating her home and going for rides in the country. Beverly also enjoyed traveling to Florida in the winter. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 20, 2022, at Freeman Family Funeral Homes and Crematory, Carmony-Ewing Chapel, 819 S. Harrison St. in Shelbyville. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, April 21, 2022, at the funeral home, with Rev. Beth Crouch officiating. Interment will be at Forest Hill Cemetery in Shelbyville.
