Deborah Reaellen “Debbie” House, 67, of St. Paul, passed away Friday, October 14, 2022, at IU Health Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.

She was born September 16, 1955, in St. Paul, the daughter of Emery and Marilyn (McNeely) Dunagan.

Debbie is survived by her daughter, Deborah Bonilla and husband Juan, of Shelbyville; adopted daughter, Carol Taylor and husband, Jon, of Waldron; step-sons, Samuel J. House and wife, Shannon, and Benjamin House and wife, Jamie, both of Greenwood; sister, LaDonna Stewart and husband, Larry, of Shelbyville; brother, Edward Dunagan of St. Paul; ex-husband, Jesse “Leon” House of Needham; grandchildren, Lacey and husband, Shawn, Taylor and husband, Art, Bailey and husband, Ruben, Gage and wife, Breonna, Payton, Juanito, Seth, Sean, Sammy, Benjamin, Josh and wife, Emily, Cheyenne, Colton and Jayden; great-grandchildren, Braylynn, Brynleigh, Beckham, Rome, Mila, Ezra, Ambrose, K’yah, Kashlynn and one on the way; aunts, Margaret Boilanger of Shelbyville, and Dorothy and Gerald Lawrence of Greensburg; special family friend, Randy McGraw and wife, Kelley, of St. Paul; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and brothers, E. Duane “Biggen” Dunagan, C.R. “Bob” Dunagan and Roger Dunagan.

Debbie was formerly a custodian at First Federal Bank in Shelbyville and Waldron Junior and Senior High School.

She enjoyed sewing, reading, quilting and facebook.

Debbie loved to laugh and could always make others laugh.

A Gathering of Friends will be from 4 to 5 p.m. Wednesday, October 26, 2022, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 125 E. Broadway St. in Shelbyville.

Mass of Christian Burial will be at 5 p.m. Wednesday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, with Father Mike Keucher officiating.

Services have been entrusted to Freeman Family Funeral Homes and Crematory, 819 S. Harrison St. in Shelbyville.

Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to assist the family with the funeral.
