Gale S. King

Gale S. King, 69, of Morristown, passed away Saturday, December 30, 2017 at Harrison Terrace. He was born on February 24, 1948 in Rushville, the son of Ross and Violet King. Gale is survived by his son, Shawn King and wife, Leah, of New Palestine; and four grandchildren, Lillian, William, Havah and Hadley. He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Betty and Norma; and brothers, Keith and Ray. Gale graduated from Arlington High School in 1966. He was a U.S. Navy veteran. Gale was a small business owner. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge No. 193 in Morristown. Gale enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, hunting and he was an avid collector of guns and knives. Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. Thursday, January 4, 2018 at Freeman Family Funeral Homes and Crematory, Frazier Chapel, 124 E.
