Joseph Flack Sr.

Joseph W. Flack Sr., 69, of Orlando, Florida passed away Tuesday, January 8, 2008, at Florida Hospital in East Orlando, Florida. Born May 11, 1938, In Indianapolis, he was the son of Toney E. and Ruth (Bausback)Flack Sr. He married Daisy Stevens of September 3, 1958, and she survives. Other survivors include his sons, Joseph Flack Jr., Robert (wife, Rita) Flack of Orlando and Raymond (wife, Pamela) Flack; brother, Charles H. Flack; sisters, Roselie Spurlock of Marietta, Georgia, Anita Whaley Woltering of Nashville, Tenneessee, and Neoral Cody of Indianapolis; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Toney E. Flack Jr. and Jack C. Flack. Mr. Flack had operated a Texaco Station in Broad Ripple for many years and retired from Sears Auto Services in Greenwood. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at Freeman Family Funeral Homes, Carmony-Ewing Harrison Street Chapel, 819 S. Harrison St. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Interment will be in Forest Hill Cemetery.
