Louise Mable Kelley, 91, of Shelbyville, died Wednesday, June 29, 2005, at Waldron Health Care Home, in Waldron.
Born Oct. 10, 1913, in Rush County, she was the daughter of the late Grover and Linnie LaVonne (Gordon) Henderson. She married Raymond Kelley on July 7, 1947, and he preceded her in death on July 28, 1985.
Survivors include one son, Grover W. "Hap" Comstock of San Antonio, Texas; one sister, Edith Griffith of Shelbyville; 10 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
She also was preceded in death by one son, Gerald G. Comstock; five sisters; two brothers; one granddaughter; and one great-granddaughter.
Mrs. Kelley had been employed at KCL for 35 years, retiring in 1976.
She was a 62-year member of First Baptist Church, where she had served as deaconess and in early years assisted with Sunday school classes.
No visitation will be observed.
Graveside services will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday in Forest Hill Cemetery, with the Rev. Dan McCollough officiating.
