Lucas William Johnson, infant, of Waldron, passed away Thursday, September 21, 2017 at MHP Medical Center in Shelbyville.
He was the son of Richard L. Johnson and Ashley B. (Payne) Haehl.
Services have been entrusted to Freeman Family Funeral Homes and Crematory, 819 S. Harrison St. in Shelbyville.
