Mark Anthony Corley

Mark Anthony Corley, 70, of Shelbyville, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, November 27, 2022, surrounded by his loving family.

He was born December 21, 1951, in Shelbyville, the son of George and Naomi (Sweet) Corley.

Mark is survived by his son, Carter Corley of Shelbyville; daughter, Julie Riggs and husband, Jason, of Manilla; step-daughter, Taylor Wickliff and husband, Dylan, of Rushville; brother, Denny Corley and wife, Billie, of Shelbyville; grandchildren, Kaylee, Kaiden, Kaleb,  Fraya and Colton; great-grandchildren, Addy, Milly and Hudson.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and a son, Joshua Corley.

Mark graduated in 1969 from Shelbyville High School.

He was a U.S. Army veteran.

Mark was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church.

He retired in 2003, from Knauf Insulation, with over 25 years of service.

Mark enjoyed hunting arrowheads and mushrooms.

He loved to spend time with his family.

Graveside services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, November 30, 2022, at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Shelbyville.

Services have been entrusted to Freeman Family Funeral Homes and Crematory, 819 S. Harrison St. in Shelbyville.
