Patricia (Shaw) Lowe, 47, of Fort Myers, Fla., died Wednesday, April 13, 2005, at Lehigh Regional Hospice, in Lehigh Acres, Fla. Born March 17, 1958, in Shelby County, she was the daughter of the late Marshal N. and Marie (Rogers) Shaw. She married Michael G. Lowe on Oct. 31, 1986, and he survives. Other survivors include one son, Roger M. Lowe of Fort Myers; uncle, John ?Jack? Shaw of Indianapolis; mother-in-law, Frances E. Hayes of Inverness, Fla.; and father-in-law, Nixon A. Lowe of Texas. She was preceded in death by her brother, Roger A. Shaw. Mrs. Lowe lived in Fort Myers for eight years and previously in Dallas, Texas, for 15 years. She had been a travel agent and previously worked for Hilton Reservations, retiring in 1995. Mrs. Lowe was a Boy Scout leader in Fort Myers and had a doctorate in Scouting Arts. She graduated in 1976 from Shelbyville High School. Mrs. Lowe was a member of Gateway Trinity Lutheran Church and P.E.O., both in Fort Myers; and First United Methodist Church, in Shelbyville. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Carmony-Ewing Broadway Street Funeral Home, 232 W. Broadway St.; and 12:30 p.m. Wesdnesday at First United Methodist Church, 34 W. Washington St. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the church, with the Rev. Robert Campbell officiating. Interment will be in Forest Hill Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Blue River Foundation, for Roger Shaw Memorial Fund, 54 W. Broadway St., Suite 1, Shelbyville, IN 46176.
