Reginald Wayne "Reggie" Jeffries

Reginald “Reggie” Wayne Jeffries, 58, of Shelbyville, passed away on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at IU Methodist

He was born January 12, 1967, in Shelbyville, the son of Jerry Wayne Jeffries and Wilma (Sturgill) Jeffries.

Reggie is survived by his father of Huntsville, Alabama; mother of Shelbyville; son, Christopher Jeffries of Columbus; sister, Regina Dunn of Shelbyville; nieces, Rachel Heller, Lakyn Jenkins and Jessica Shoemaker; and eight great-nieces and great-nephews.

He formerly worked at Musicland in Franklin.

Reggie enjoyed going fishing and camping. He was a music buff and had large collection of vinyl albums and liked classic cars.

He also leaves behind his dog, Marley.

A gathering of friends and family will be from 3 to 5 pm, Sunday, September 21, 2025, at Freeman Family Funeral Homes and Crematory, 819 S. Harrison St. in Shelbyville.
