Richard Lee Bowen
Richard Lee Bowen, 82, of St. Paul, passed away on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at his home.
He is survived by his children, Paula Rangel and husband, Jose Rangel, Michelle Moraleja and husband, Rotany Moraleja, and Perry Bowen and fiance’, Courtney; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Richard was preceded in death by his parents; and wife, Marlene Bowen.
Final arrangements have been entrusted to Freeman Family Funeral Homes and Crematory, 819 S. Harrison St. in Shelbyville.
