Ronnie Dale Inabnitt

Ronnie Dale Inabnitt, 73, of Greenfield, passed away on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at Franciscan Health Indianapolis.

He was born on May 12, 1953, in Public, Kentucky, the son of Raymond “Ledale” and Gladys (Bullock) Inabnitt. On November 27, 2004, he married Georgia Flora, and she survives.

In addition to Georgia, Ronnie is survived by his step-daughters, Jodi (Scott) Courtney of Morgantown, and Debbie John of Columbus; brother, David Inabnitt of Indianapolis; sister, Kathy Griffith of Jaybiz, Kentucky; grandchildren, Damien Inabnitt, and Kirsten Inabnitt and fiance’, Kyle; step-grandchildren, Danielle (Jacob) Harpel , Taylor (Wyatt) Linville, Dakota (Kylie) Wickliff, Caige Comstock, Camry Comstock and Kinley John; great-grandchild, Storm Christie; step-great-grandchildren, Jedd Linville, and Mavis Linville; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Roger, Keith, Hollis and Tommy Inabnitt; nephew, Kevin Inabnitt; sister-in-law, Donna Inabnitt; brother-in-law, Ike Griffith; and step great-granddaughter, Vivian Linville.

Ronnie was a machinist for over 30 years, retiring in 2016.

He enjoyed going hunting and fishing.

Private family services have been entrusted to Freeman Family Funeral Homes and Crematory, 819 S. Harrison St. in Shelbyville.
