Ryan Michael Ledford

Ryan Michael Ledford, 32, of Columbus went to be with the Lord on Friday, April 3, 2020 at Franciscan St. Francis Health in Indianapolis. He was born November 11, 1987, in Oxford, Ohio, the son of Gary Ray and Teresa Ann (Barnes) Ledford. On April 28, 2012, he married Jessica Yarling, and she survives. In addition to Jessica, Ryan is survived by his parents of Shelbyville; son, Isaac Michael Ledford of Columbus; brother, Aaron Ledford and wife, Shea, of Greenfield; paternal grandparents, Wendell and Peggy Ledford of Connersville; maternal grandparents, Fred and Mary Barnes of Laurel; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Jay and Barb Yarling of Indianapolis; niece, Penelope Ledford; and nephews, Kasen Ledford and Kohen Ledford. Ryan graduated in 2006 from Shelbyville High School and attended college. He attended Shelbyville Community Church. Ryan was a forklift operator for NTN Drive Shaft. He enjoyed fishing and sports, especially the Indianapolis Colts and the Cincinnati Reds. Ryan loved his son and enjoyed spending time with him. He also leaves behind his dog, Sydney. A Celebration of Ryan’s life will be held at a later date. Services have been entrusted to Freeman Family Funeral Homes and Crematory, 819 S. Harrison St. in Shelbyville.
