Thelma Miller

Thelma Miller, 54, of Waldron, passed away Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at Franciscan St. Francis Health in Indianapolis. She was born November 9, 1962, in Los Angeles, California, the daughter of Fred Gilbert and Hester (Hamilton) Stafford. Thelma is survived by her husband, Mark Butler of Waldron; son, George Miller of Shelbyville; daughter, Crystal Armstrong of Muncie; sister, Lucky Ruhman and wife, Martha, of Santa Monica, California; and grandchildren, Gabriella Miller, George Miller and Michael Matthews. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Sam Stafford; and a niece. Thelma enjoyed gardening, flowers, crafts, sewing and Wii bowling. She also leaves behind her dogs, Carmel and Bubby. Graveside services will be at 11:30 a.m. Monday, October 9, 2017 at Forest Hill Cemetery in Shelbyville. Services have been entrusted to Freeman Family Funeral Homes and Crematory, 819 S.
